Tipton – A tradition for more than 50 years, the fest is famous for its inch-thick pork chops, plus other food tents, Thursday kick-off parade and Saturday’s grand parade.

Columbus – Highland games, historic reenactments, music, shopping and plenty of Scottish food including Scotch eggs, meat pies, sticky toffee pudding and more plus whisky tasting.

Fishers – Family-oriented fest includes Middle Eastern foods & pastries, beer & wine, live music, dancing, a shopping emporium, church tours and children's play areas.

Terre Haute – The German Oberlandler Club hosts this annual Oktoberfest at the Vigo County Fairgrounds with plenty of German food including brats, schnitzel, potato salad, sauerkraut, strudel and more.

Noblesville – Held at Forest Park, this sampling event features pours from Indiana breweries, wineries and distilleries with live music and competitions; food available for purchase.

Indianapolis – Saraga International Grocery hosts the first annual International Food Festival. Enjoy diverse flavors from around the world. Food trucks, beer/wine garden, music, family activities.

Shelbyville – Enjoy craft beer, barbecue, food trucks, shopping and live music at this downtown Shelbyville event. Free admission; biergarten tickets $10.

Noblesville – Conner Prairie’s Woodland Hall is the site for this fundraiser featuring Teter Organic Farm and chef Suzanne Rockwell; proceeds benefit healthy food access and ecological education.

Indianapolis – Paramount Schools of Excellence hosts this chef competition and tasting event as part of its TURN Fest. Chefs compete to win a golden ticket to the World Food Championships.

Indianapolis – The Stutz Building hosts Indianapolis Monthly’s annual tasting event honoring the magazine’s Best Restaurants list. VIP early admission available.

Greenwood – Annual festival celebrating wine, art, music and microbrews with Indiana wine and beer, five live bands and a variety of art vendors.
