We’re gearing up for another fabulous collaborative chef dinner tomorrow night as part of our Spring Dinner Series at Highland Golf and Country Club. This week’s featured chefs are Tracey Couillard, Eli Laidlaw and Charisa Perkins with dessert for the whole series by Hattie Shoemaker, pastry instructor at Ivy Tech! Wines pairings curated by sommelier Ashlee Nemeth of Tinker Street (maybe you saw the IBJ feature with a reference to Ashlee and the series this week). Hoping to see some of you there!!
