It’s important to us that Culinary Crossroads is a truly a statewide brand. After seeing the success of our Spring Dinner Series in Indianapolis, we made a commitment to take the dinner series concept on the road to other Indiana cities. So far, we’ve created collaborative chef dinners in Evansville, the New Albany area and Fort Wayne, and we’ll be in Terre Haute in October 2023. Producing the “On the Road” dinners provides the opportunity to hold true to our statewide commitment. This ensures that when we talk about the “people, products, places and services” that define Indiana’s culinary landscape, we’re showcasing the whole state as well as Indy. All the cities selected for an “On the Road” dinner have great stories to tell about their culinary history and current food scene. And, just like in Indianapolis, the participating chefs reflect the past, present and future of their cities. We will continue with our theme of “Great Food, Great Talent and Great Causes” by highlighting Indiana farms and products, compensating our talented chefs and making a financial contribution to the chefs’ “causes of choice.” Want to bring an On the Road dinner to your Indiana city?
