Congratulations to Georgetown Market — the Westside health food store with its smoothie and sandwich eatery at Georgetown and Lafayette roads, is turning 50 with a big anniversary event on Saturday, Nov. 11.
In the Irvington neighborhood in Indianapolis, look for a new Irish bar called the Snug to open soon on Audubon Road.
El Toro Prime has opened in the Castleton area at 4901 E. 82nd St. In Indianapolis. El Toro also has locations downtown and in Plainfield, Zionsville and New Palestine.
Look for RH restaurant and design showrooms (by Restoration Hardware) to be opening on the former Christel DeHaan estate on North Michigan Road in Indianapolis.
The Carmel Christkindlmarkt opens Nov. 18 in Carmel’s City Center with lots of great food options, including the always popular ghlûwein and melty raclette cheese.
